Description: As a newbie you need to start with Snooping and tactics at 80 instead of Camping/Forensics. Once you level up your thief codex, you can drop those points and go 120 in both and 0 in both of those.
Gear: Use the strongest two hander you can find. Two weapon skills increases damage but also lets you level two codexes at once.
