UO Reckoning introduces Way of Frost, a PvM specialization focusing on burst damage and control through Chill and Shatter mechanics.
Core Feature: Core eligible direct attacks have a 30% chance to apply a 6-second Chill that reduces Action Speed by 30%. Against targets affected by Chill, there is a 30% chance to trigger Shatter for burst damage and immobilization.
